Opening self-reflection

Reflect on what happiness means to you.
Begin this lesson by taking a moment to reflect on the following question:
Which of the following matters to you the most when you think about the kind of happiness you seek for yourself?

    I think I most agree with number four as lowering suffering would help things like low self esteem, depression, and suicide. Although, there could be some problems with this because it might also lead to a lack of motivation among communities because there would be no repercussions for ill-willed actions or disrespectful actions.
